The ability for Youth Guidance to continue its mission of transforming the lives of thousands of Chicago youth greatly depends on the engagement and commitment of its lead volunteers who provide service on Youth Guidance’s Associate Board. The Associate Board provides leadership and support to the agency through governance, programmatic, and financial contributions critical to the agency’s operational viability and sustainability.
