Career Readiness & Success
Preparing for what comes next.
What Is Career Readiness & Success?
Career Readiness & Success helps young people explore their interests, build practical skills, gain real-world experience, and create a path toward college, career and life after high school.
Through individualized coaching, career exploration, work-based learning and connections to employers and postsecondary opportunities, young people gain the confidence, skills and support to take their next step—and keep moving forward.

In Their Words
Youth Guidance allowed me to pursue my passion. Being part of Project Prepare Blue allowed me to assist an art teacher, which eventually led to me becoming a summer art instructor. Without YG, I would not have been placed in an environment where I could grow.
Opening Doors to Opportunity
Career Readiness & Success connects young people to college and career opportunities through partnerships with employers, educational institutions and community organizations.
These partnerships give young people opportunities to experience workplaces, build professional networks, pursue internships and employment, and connect with education and training opportunities aligned with their goals.
